Shipping and Delivery 

Seraphim delivers to all postal codes across India. We have collaborated with top-tier logistics services to guarantee professional handling of your orders and timely deliveries.

ORDER DISPATCH

At Seraphim Jewellery, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking details. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will promptly inform you and provide updates on the expected delivery schedule.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the Tracking URL and AWB number. The tracking URL can be used to monitor the live status of your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

"Our logistics partner typically delivers shipments within 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the dispatch of your order. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order. Please track your order using the details provided in your registered email ID.

Kindly note: a 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory due to our Logistics Partners' OTP-based delivery system. Failure to receive the OTP may result in non-delivery of the package, which is beyond our control and could incur additional charges if the package is returned to our warehouse. Any additional shipping charges for reshipping the package will be the responsibility of the customer."

SHIPPING CHARGES

At Seraphim, we provide complimentary shipping for all prepaid orders within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India, a shipping charge/cash-handling fee of ₹125 will be applicable.
