Returns & Refunds
Not satisfied with your purchased? Had a change of heart after receiving your order? No problem. We understand that sometimes you buy a fashion product (Jewellery & Sarees) but later decide not to use it. We want to ensure you never regret your purchase decision. Your satisfaction and value for money are important to us, and we don't want you to invest in a product you won't utilize. That's why we offer a simple 3-step return policy for our customers. You'll receive a coupon code equivalent to the returned product value for your future purchase. Below are the 3 steps for returning your purchases.
Information: To initiate a return, kindly email the product name and image to dovestoresofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. Once we approve your return request, the next steps will follow.
Return Process: Upon receiving confirmation of your return request approval, please securely pack the product(s) you wish to return in their original packaging. Ship the product(s) back to us within 5 days of return request approval. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Ensure the product(s) are in original, unused condition with intact packaging. Refund processing will not be possible if the product(s) are damaged or shipped without original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details once the products are shipped.
Refund Procedure: The final step commences upon our receipt of the returned package. We will notify you within 24-48 hours of receiving the package. After a quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund based on our Refund Policy."
Cancellation of your order:
We aim to fulfill every order within 2 hours of placement. Orders can be canceled on our website until they are shipped from our warehouse. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will confirm your order via a phone call before shipping. If prepaid orders are canceled before shipping, customers can choose between receiving a refund coupon code or a refund to their original payment method (with a 5% deduction for PG charges).
Refund Policy
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be provided in the form of a credit coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied to any other order. It is valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be utilized for any purchase within that period.
Applicable Deductions
- "A deduction of ₹250 will be made for prepaid orders that are not accepted, covering forward and reverse shipment costs back to our warehouse. The remaining balance will be refunded in the form of a coupon code sent via email. No bank transfer or credit to the source will be provided for undelivered and returned packages.
- If a refund coupon code from a previous order is applied to a new order that is not accepted, the coupon code will expire and cannot be used again. Please ensure that COD/prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
- If you have made an online prepaid transaction where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet but order confirmation is not received, please contact us before placing another order. We will verify if your transaction was captured. If a new order is placed before confirmation with us, 5% of the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before the refund."
- If shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer for orders, a deduction of ₹125 will be applied for shipping from our warehouse to the customer when processing refund coupon codes."
- A customer who has used a refund code to place an order and then returns the order will be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes associated with the original order."
- "If a free shipping offer was applied to orders placed with refund coupon codes, a deduction of ₹125 will be made if the customer has placed more than 2 orders using a refund coupon code
- TOKEN AMOUNT REFUND - Token amount refunds are not applicable if the Cash on Delivery order is not accepted, canceled by the customer, or returned to our warehouse for any reason. A standard deduction of ₹250 will be applied for the 'to & fro' journey of the package.
- If the token amount paid for the Cash on Delivery order exceeds ₹250, the excess amount will be refunded in the form of a refund coupon code according to the policy and will be emailed to the customer."
Eligibility
- All products sold on our website are eligible for return in exchange for a credit coupon code.
- Damaged, used, or products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. These items can be returned to you at an additional shipping cost of ₹125, or you may choose to collect them in-person from our warehouse.
- Items that are not reported for returns within 48 hours or not received by us within 5 days are not eligible for returns.
- All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks before being sent out. If the quality does not meet your expectations, a refund will not be provided.
Refund Time
- The coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive the returned products or the confirmation of order cancellation.
- The coupon code issued as a refund will only be applicable for use if no other offer code is applied while placing a new order.
- "A customer is not allowed to apply more than one coupon code while placing an order. Therefore, orders placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any other offer coupon code.
- In the case of products received damaged, we are happy to either ship a replacement for the same product or issue a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product."
Damaged Product Received:
All our products undergo a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure they reach our customers in the best condition. However, in rare cases, due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the expected condition. In such cases, here is what you need to do:
- Inform within 48 Hours: To address any issues with your product, please create a video of unboxing your package or take clear pictures that show the problems you are facing. Within 48 hours of receiving the package, email our returns support team at team@blingbag.co.in with all the necessary proofs attached for quicker resolution. Our team will respond to your email within 48 hours.
- Reverse Pickup : "After your return is approved and our team confirms that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will organize a reverse pickup for your product at no additional cost, with the pickup attempted within 24 hours of confirmation. Please ensure the products are ready for pickup; failure to do so may result in cancellation of the pickup, and you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense.
- Resolution: : After a successful reverse pickup, we will send out a replacement package for your damaged product, subject to availability, or issue you a full refund coupon code equivalent to the value of the product for your next purchase. The coupon code will be valid for one year from the date of issuance. Please note that no refunds will be provided in cases of replacement or damage. We are happy to offer a replacement or issue a refund coupon code."
